For example: King room, Garden view with one (1) king bed, and so on. If applicable, indicate if meals are included. For example: All Inclusive or European Plan (EP). Bed type requested and smoking preferences. Note: Remind customers that these room preferences are not guaranteed. Hotel rules and restrictions, including any applicable hotel fees, such as resort fees. Total price of the itinerary, including taxes and required fees. Notes: Tell the customer if they will pay now or pay at check in. Also, tell the customer whether Expedia or the hotel will charge them.
