TRAINING

 Recap for booking a new itinerary

  • Hotel name

  • Hotel location (if within the US: city and state; if outside the US: city and country name)

  • Total number of nights customer is staying at the hotel

  • Dates of check in and checkout

  • Total number of rooms and guests for each room

  • Room type/size/name including bed configuration. For example: King room, Garden view with one (1) king bed, and so on.

  • If applicable, indicate if meals are included. For example: All Inclusive or European Plan (EP).

  • Bed type requested and smoking preferences. Note: Remind customers that these room preferences are not guaranteed.

  • Hotel rules and restrictions, including any applicable hotel fees, such as resort fees.

  • Total price of the itinerary, including taxes and required fees. Notes: Tell the customer if they will pay now or pay at check in. Also, tell the customer whether Expedia or the hotel will charge them.
